Returns and Defects

As a consumer, you are well protected within Europe. Therefore, we are obligated as an online store to provide information about returns and the right of withdrawal on our website.

White Bliss places customer satisfaction as its highest priority. If you have any questions or complaints, please contact us via our email address info@whitebliss.store. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Defects
Unfortunately, sometimes a product may be defective upon receipt or after using it a few times. We follow the following guidelines in this case:

  • Carefully read the user manual.
  • Check if the product is charged, or if there are batteries, ensure they are properly inserted.
  • If you're still unable to resolve the issue, first contact us via email at info@whitebliss.store to discuss.
  • If, after trying the three steps above, no solution is found, we will send you instructions for returning and reporting your product or order via email.
  • Upon receipt, we will inspect the product.
  • If defective, we will offer an appropriate solution, such as sending a replacement product or issuing a refund.
  • If the product works fine (e.g., due to improper battery placement or incorrect reading of the manual), we will ask you to pay for the shipping costs before the product is sent back to you. (Unfortunately, we have had to implement this strict return policy, as we regularly receive products back that are in working condition).

Returns
Of course, it can happen that after opening your delivered package, you are not entirely happy with the choices you (or your partner) made.

According to consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving it, without giving any reason. This right also applies to our discounted products. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then receive the full order amount, including shipping costs, refunded in the same way the payment was made. Only the cost of returning the product from your home to the webshop is at your own expense.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to inspect the product, we may charge you for this depreciation of the product's value. So, handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packed when returning.

Do not return the product until we have responded to your email.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
We will refund the amount to your bank account within 7 working days.

Legal Exceptions
For sealed hygiene products (seal sticker or foil), these can only be returned if the seal is still intact. This applies to products such as condoms, lubricants, creams, massage products, erotic toys, thongs, and bodysuits.
